The suite was spacious and had enough room for a group of friends. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was great, being close to shops, restaurants, and cafes. We had easy access to everything we needed during our New Year's celebration.
The cleanliness of the room was not up to par. We noticed some areas that were not properly cleaned.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in this city. The suite was spacious, comfortably fitting our family of four. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our experience even better. Housekeeping was professional and ensured everything was clean. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the city, close to restaurants and shops. there was a grocery store on the ground level, providing convenience and everything we needed.

Amazing location, right in the heart of Hamra. The suite was spacious, clean, and well-furnished. The staff, especially Juma'a, were friendly and always ready to assist. The nearby shops, restaurants, and cafes were a big plus. highly recommended.
